Abstract		In order to get more information on the process between cholinesterase and D-tubocurarine, the activity of the enzyme in the absence and presence of D-tubocurarine was studied. The resulting non-linear Dixon plot was analized by means of various simulations of the system consisting of an enzyme, a competitive inhibitor and a substrate. It was shown that the non- linear Dixon plot results, in this case, from a slow interaction between the enzyme and inhibitor during activity measurements.
