Abstract		The way students are organised is a very important fact in the formation of the student body on every higher education insitution. On the VF in Ljubljana, there are two student's bodies: Student's organization of the VF and the Slovenian local committee of the I.V.S.A., which is present at VF for a number of years. To exchange component of the committee's activities contributes immensely to the personal development of a graduate and the future expert. For Slovenian students the implementation of the law on higher education (1993) presents a turning-point, which marks the era before and after the time, when students could themselves be involved in the decision making process. A number (29) of VF graduates live and work in the other countries of the world.
