The patients had 14 days of hydrotherapy in thermomineral water of 36C. The same clinical clinical-ups as in the spa of Radenci were perofrmed before, after therapy and 6 weeks after termination of hydrotherapy in mineral water. All patients terminated all phases of the study. generalized spondylochondrosis was in 72.4%, state after an operation for disk herniation in 24.4% of patients. Treatment in the spa of Radenci was successful in 51.7%, unsuccessful in 48.3%, wheras in the spa of Banovci it was successful in 94.7% and unsuccessful in olny 5.3% of cases. The better therapeutic effect in the spa of Banovci may be ascribed to the effectiveness of the thermomineral water.
