| Abstract | The article presents the results of a research study on the problems of biopsychosocial burdens and burn-out syndrome in nurses in different work units in a chosen hospital institution. The study showed that the burdens in the work of a nurse derive from the nature of the work, and very often from work conditions which are given too little attention, not only in the health field but also elsewhere. | |
