Abstract		Our study was performed to evaluate clinical effects of pure FSH (Metrodin HP) in comparison to standard gonadotropins, containing LH and FSH (Pergonal). There is a general trend of Metrodin HP to be slightly better for all compared variables. Higher pregnancy rate in the Metrodin HP group is clinically important, although statistically insignificant. The results of our analysis do not confirm statistically significant advantages of pure FSH over conventional gonadotropin stimulations.
