Abstract     Training means to organize the most rational processes of labour, which ensures an efficient, to the situation adjusted behaviour. The manner and the volume depends on demanding of labour and on the kind of behaviour required by the situation. The easiest is the behaviour based on experiences. Behaviour based on the knowledge is that one at which the choice of the behaviour pattern is defined with the targets of the process and with the comprehension of the problem structures. The efficiency of a man depends on his availability for labour, affected also by the psychoactive substances consumed by an individual.
