Abstract		Work efficiency in different types of work depends on technical possibilities, people and model of organization. A suitable, adapted model of organization insures a lower complexity of work and this better efficiency. Installing a suitable organization model means clearly defining work, role tasks, competence, responsability and ways of communication. It includes a time schedule and a division into groups.
