Abstract		One of the more frequent tasks in forensic medicine encountered by general practitioners as well as numerous specialists is the handling of physical injuries and their evaluation, and especially their recording in medical documentation. Even the slightest injuries which find little attention with numerous physicians could end up in court and result in expert work.
