| Abstract | Instruments of restraint used by police officers in accordance with law also include gas sprays. Police officers are given the right to use such instruments in the Law on Internal Affairs. The article shows a rise in the use of self-defence gas sprays, despite the fact that the police use these instruments only exceptionally and in a limited scope. | |
