Abstract		The article further discusses the prehospital polytrauma patient treatment methods. In the ideal case the prehospital and the hospital patient treatment methods would be identical. The specific aspects of the work of a emergency care physician as apposed to the work of a paramedic are discussed. Also the statistical analysis of the work of emergency care physician, organised as a team in an emergency prehospital unit is presented. Presented is also the case of a difficult intubation, solved by using the combi tube method.
