Abstract     The main goal of cooperation and coordination of emergency services for traffic accidents should always be to try to achieve the best outcome for the victims. Unusual situations may require some flexibility in duties and responsibilities by the different personnel. The personnel should not be rigid in their views, but should be cooperative. When disagreements at the accident scene arise, there should be quick efforts made to resolve these disagreements. The best patient care results when different services cooperative with each other. This cooperation is facilitated by preestablished protocols and can be further improved by use of exercise drills and review sessions. Some degree of cross training of personnel or at least cross experience of personnel may also be useful.
