Abstract		The article brings to the front the problems of person with severe physical handicap experiences whilst driving a car. This problem is not just in driving the car, but there is the problem of transportation to the driver's place of work, to educational and training or medical facilities. The car in such case, to a person with physical disability serves as a technical aid, which greatly reduces individual handicap and restriction. The task of rehabilitative profession is to assess exactly the functional condition of the patient and the corresponding modification of the vehicle which are to compensate for the patient's disability.
