Abstract		The article adresses views of modern juvenile rheumatoid arthritis therapy, described in some articles, choosen from the newer literature. Based on this conclusions and our experience, guidelines for JRA therapy, used at University Children Hospital in Ljubljana, were made. Side effects of therapy and indications for drugs, used in certain subgroup of JRA, were also described.
Summary		V članku smo želeli podati pregled sodobnega zdravljenja juvenilnega revmatoidnega artritisa, kot ga navajajo nekateri članki, izbrani iz novejše literature. Na osnovi teh ugotovitev ter naših izkušenj smo podali smernice zdravljenja, ki jih upoštevamo na Pediatrični kliniki v Ljubljani. Opisani so tudi stranski učinki zdravljenja ter podane indikacije za uporabo zdravil pri posameznih podskupinah juvenilnega revmatoidnega artritisa.
