Abstract		In a small child most frequent cause of seizures are febrile convulsions. If the fever is not accompanying the seizures probable causes may be an inborn error of metabolism, epilepsy, head trauma, meningitis an/or encephalitis and even intoxication. Authors describe 1.5 year old child who experienced generalized tonic clonic seizures after intoxication with antituberculous drug, namely isoniazid. In such case treatment should be specific and soon otherwise intoxication may even be fatal if not recognized on time.
Summary		Avtorji prikazujejo primer 1,5 letnega otroka z napadom generaliziranih, tonično-kloničnih krčev zaradi zastrupitve z antituberkulotičnim zdravilom izoniazid in specifično zdravljenje.
