Abstract		A social worker participates in team treatment of patients that survived stroke. The forms of social work are adapted to individual needs. At planning the work, special attention is paid to patient's problems, preserved psychophysical abilities, motivation, and to possibilities for his re-integration into narrower and broader social environment.
