Abstract		The dynamic use of information system within health care system and the development of medical informatics makes it necessary to take appropriate action in order to ensure that this system is operated and used in a secure fashion. Health care management has becon dependent on quality information, especially in the phase of introduction of market mechanisms to health care financing and administration. Quality health information on the basis of which planning, analysis and assessment in health care is made, is tied to the use of personal data.
