Abstract		Paper discuses possible approach to designing and implementation of Clinical information systems. Main characteristics of BSP methodology inobject system identification and designing of system architecture are stressed. The global structure of resulting integral information system which main characteristic are distributet on the application modules level of processing, efficient and transparent intermodule communication, supported by large and very fast local area network is described. Final part of the paper discuses the effecs, comparing simmilar systems.
