Abstract		The authors report on a 40-year-old female patient with pain, paresthesias and hypesthesias involving the distal parts of the lower extremities. Standard electromyography revealed no abnormalities, while the assessment of thermal and apain sensation and electrophysiologic evalueation of autonomic function suggested severe small (autonomic and somatic) nerve fibre neuropathy. The diagnosis was supported by morphologic findings. The peripheral neuropathy was caused by primary Sjoegren's (sicca) syndrome.
Summary		V prispevku je predstavljena 40-letna bolnica, pri kateri smo zaradi bolečin, parestezij in zmanjšane občutljivosti na distalnih delih spodnjih okončin kljub normalnim izvidom klasične elektrofiziološke (elektromiografske) preiskave sumili na periferno nevropatijo. Pri določanju občutljivosti za hlad, toploto in bolečino zaradi mraza in zaradi vročine ter elektrofiziološki oceni delovanja avtonomnega živčevja smo pri bolnici ugotovili hudo nevropatijo somatskih in avtonomnih tankih vlaken, ki smo jo potrdili tudi patomorfološko. Nevropatija se je razvila zaradi primarnega Sjoegrenovega (sicca) sindroma.
