Abstract		Medical personnel co-operate in the treatment process. Mistkes by medical personnel lead in most cases to medical error. Doctors must therefore supervise and monitor the work of medical personnel. If due to the nature of the work they are forced to entrust patient care to medical personnel, they must select those whom they trust and who are responsible to perform the work. In the case that laboratory diagnosis, x-ray images or the results of consultation are not in agreement with the clinical picture, the tests must be repeaed. The treatment process involves teamwork by a number of medical personnel whom the doctor guides, directs and is responsible for.
