Abstract		The electrical scalp activity recorded in response to a sensory stimulus is commongly extracted averaging the responses to the same stimulus in order to increase the signal to noise ratio. However, the use of the averaging method can mask the intrinsic variability of single evoked potentials. In this work we use an AutoRegressive model with eXogenous input (ARX) to identify single short latency somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs).
