Abstract		The article presents modern treatment of haemophilia patients. Contemporary treatment approach and different forms of substitute treatment are presented, as well as preparations for treatment - concentrates F VI/IX and DDAVP, treatment problems - inhibitors, infections with viruses HIV, HBV and HCV and precise guidelines for the treatment of haemorrages form different sources after surgery. If moderns treatment directions are being followed, a haemophilia patient can live in relative safety and mostly a life of a high quality, reaching a normal old age. In the light of efficient substitute treatment, haemophilia patients are exposed to the some procedures and treatment modalities as individuals with no problems of blood coagulation.
Summary		V članku je prikazano sodobno zdravljenje bolnikov s hemofilijo. Prikazan je sodoben pristop k zdravljenju in različne vrste ter oblike nadomestnega zdravljenja. Predstavljeni so pripravki za zdravljenje - koncentrati F VIII/IX in DDAVP, zapleti zdravljenja - inhibitorji, okužbe z virusi HIV, HBV in HCV ter natančne smernice za zdravljenje ob krvavitvah iz različnih mest ter pri operacijah.
