Abstract		Transplantation of haematopoietic stem cell is a very demanding treatment modality for the patient and for the medical team. The pretentiousness of the transplantation requires special procedures for the patient and his/her relatives. procedures before transplantation (conditioning regimen including total body irradiation and high dose chemotherapy, central line insertion etc.), stem cell collection and transplantation as well as particularity of nursing care are described. Nursing care is defined according to the problems which arise before and after the transplantation. Instructions to the patient after discharge are also included.
Summary		Presaditev krvotvornih matičnih celic je zahteven poseg za bolnika in zdravstveni tim. Zahtevnost posega anrekuje poseben postopek priprave bolnika in njegovih svojcev. V članku je opis priprave, odvzema in presaditve ter posebnosti zdravstvene nege bolnika. Zdravstvena nega je opredeljena po problemih, ki nastanejo v času pred presaditvijo in po njej. Vključuje tudi navodila bolnika po odhodu iz bolnišnice.
