Abstract		In the paper were analysed a climatic indicators (air velocity, air wet temperature, air dry temperature, relative humidity) in the high building. The climatic indices of the effective temperature (ET) was calculated and comparated with recommendable values. Working activity and clothing insulation were estimated for workeržs individual tasks, from first to twelfth floor. It was made a proposal to decrease a climatic stress and to achieve a climatic comfort within a correlation an air velocity and a clothing insulation.
