Abstract		We present a concept of a patient information system based on the Internet technology. To answer users' information needs, the system shall offer structured clinical knowledge, multimedia content (patient cases, service information) and a teleconferencing subsystem, which differentiates this proposed solution from those commononly seen on the hospital and related WWW sites.
