Abstract		V79 Chinese hamster fibroblasts cells were incubated for five days constant or onehour short term exposure to cell medium containing various concentrations of vinblastine sulfate (VELBE). The survival curve characterizing the colony formation ability of the V79 monolayer cultures was determined utilizing the percent suvival data from three individual experiments. THe study offers initial data that contributes to the understanding of vinblastine's effect on normal non-cancerous cells in vitro.
