Abstract		Virus enzyme-linked cell immunoassay VELCIA originally developed for the detection and titration of rotavirus antigen and antibodies has been applied for the detection and titration of wild type of classical swine fever (CSF) virus or referance CSFV strains and detection of neutralizing and total antibodies against CSF virus. VELCIA gives comparable results to standard methods.
