Abstract		In this article a statistical data of the Health and Epidemiological Status for the patients with an acute fracture of the femoral neck before any sort of primary treatment of the injury is presented. We have examined 30 patients who had had a fracture of the femoral neck and had been treated with either bipolar or total hip endoprothesis. We studied 15 parameters that can comprise the Health and Epidemiological Status of the patient. This status can be crucial for the long-term clinical outcome after the treatment. The study was designed as retrospective and randomised. It was found that there are certain positive correlation among the observed parameters.
