Abstract     The most frequent vascular complication in renal transplantation is arterial stenosis located at renal artery anastomosis. It can be diagnosed early during 24 hours after transplatation was done or later, after 12-23 months. Doppler ultrasound should be the principal detection method. At the slightest doubt angiography must be prformed, stenosi in 5-10% of cases. In our series there were 13% of stenosed arteries. Many reasons are involved in stenosis generation. Surgical treatment is indicated before all in early presented stenosis and artery knicking, while with late stenosis angioplasty with medication are increasing.
