Abstract     The only effective way of treatment for lymphocoele after renal transplantation is internal drainage performed. Conservative ways are ineffective,time consumption with loss of proteins and great probability of infection entered. Laparoscopic and open surgical method of internal drainage performing are complementary and not competitive methods. Individual access to each patient dictate the choise of appropriate method.
