Abstract		Paper describes information system development that insures quality and on-time data. Described are approaches that are already standardized in Health insurance institute of Slovenia. Listed are the data base cases. We present two computerized applications from the data collections and data entry point of view. The use of the collected data is also presented. We describe the possibility of using this data within a Data Warehouse framework.
