Abstract | The more severe the mental retardation is more frequently cerebral palsy and epilepsy are associated. More than 50% of moderately and profoundly mentally retarded residents in Training Centre Dolfke Boštjančič Draga are suffering from the most severe forms of cerebral palsy and epilepsy. The authors are presenting the optimal treatment for such residents. The basic condition to achieve this aim is team work of medical, educational and social staff as well as the cooperation with parents. | |
