Abstract		In this article the author has dealt with the evaluation of physiotherapevtic work regarding with children and adolescents with pathologics such as cerebral palsy, myopath-neurological diseases and spina bifida. Classical evaluation of work with measurements of flexibility, muscular status etc. often show accute deterioration of health status. The improvement of motorical abilities for acquiring greater life independence is a long lasting process. In this article the author has represented a detailed habilitation programme for spina bifida.
