| Abstract | Author tries to describe some particularities and dilemmas of providing emergency medical service that arise on the domain of emergency medicine. This domain of medicine is also submitted to doctrinal principles but health personnel at wards where they try to save life of life threateningly ill patients or injured persons can be in many cases confronted with hopeless doing and lack of wanted success in spite of all the medical equipment, professional training of personnel andnumerous drugs. Close relatives of the patient often take the role of plaintiffs dlame the personnel for unadequate treatment of patient or for incorrect emergency medical help. As a long-term forensic expert theauthor experienced many an expertise concerning also the domain of emergency medicine and its complications. | |
| Summary | V prispevku skuša avtor prikazati nekatere prednosti in dileme pri nudenju nujne medicinske pomoči, ki se porajajo na medicinskem področju, imenovanem urgentna medicina. Tudi to področje medicine urejajo doktrinarna načela. Zdravstveno osebje, ki opravlja svoje delo na takih oddelkih, kjer je v ospredju reševanje življenja akutno ogroženega bolnika ali poškodovanca je v mnogih primerih v brezupni situaciji, ki kljub vsej tehniki ter strokovni usposobljenosti kadrov in številnim zdravilom ne rodi zaželenega uspeha. Ožji bolnikovi svojci se često pojavijo v vlogi tožnika in očitajo, da za njihovega bolnika ni bilo ustrezno poskrbljeno ali mu je bila nudena napačna nujna medicinska pomoč. Kot dolgoletni izvedenec na področju sodne medicine sem se srečal s prenekaterim izvedenskim delom ki se je dotikalo tudi področja urgentne medicine in njenih zapletov. | |
