Abstract     Coronarography performed in our patient detected three arterio venous communications: coronar artery fistulas arising from the right and circumflex coronary artery and the third one arising from the left bronchial artery. All three communications are emptying into the same recipient artery i.e. to the distal part of the left pulmonary branch, producing substantial left to right shunt. In these pulmonic area the cystic fromations were seen on CT. 20 years ago, the patient was treated for pulmonary tuberculosis located in the same part of the lung where the shunt was discovered. The question is if the diagnosis initially was erroneous and weather or not congenital or aquired the venous communications were.
