Abstract		Radiologic investigations contribute essentially to the diagnosis of ORL diseases. Proper diagnostic of the development stage of carcinomas and evaluation of trauma extent is essential for planing of operative treatment. The applicability of individual radiologic investigations in individual ORL fields is demonstrated. The basic method of investigation is still the common radiograph while the application of common methods such as ultrasound, CT and NMR is gaining ground.
