| Abstract | The author describes principles of taking medical history in paediatric practice, ecpecially for the children with possible neurological impairment. he stresses the importance of parental description of the child's problems and necessity to write them down in the proper way. Finally he focuses on the family history, pregnancy and delivery data as well as the present complaints. | |
| Summary | Avtor podaja osnoven smernice za jemanje anamneze nasploh, še posebej za jemanje anamneze otroka z morebitno nevrološko boleznijo. Poudarja, da je potrebno prisluhniti opisu težav, kot jih navajajo starši, in te težave tudi pravilno zabeležiti. Posebno pozornost posveča avtor družinski anamnezi, podatkom o nosečnosti in poteku poroda ter sedanjim težavam. | |
