Abstract		Presented in the article is a biomechnical analysis of golf shot which is one of most important elements of this sport in which the number of the followers is incrasing rapidly. A kinematic method was applied, by means of which two types of shots were analysed: the wood shots and the irons. Established were kinematic characteristics of the trajectories of the club swing velocity and of he ball, and the angles of individual body segments. The technique parameters whichshould be given special attention in technical preparation of golfers, were also identified.
