Abstract		In this article authors classify retinal dystrophies in order of their progression, destructive effect on rods, cones or macula, and the time of their manifestation. Briefly authors also descrihe main systemic changes in well know diseases connected to retinal dystrophies.
Summary		V prispevku je prikazana razdelitev retinalnih distrofij glede na njihovo napredovanje, izrazitejšo prizadetost paličnic, čepnic ali makule in glede na čas njihove manifestacije. Na kratko so opisane še glavne sistemske sprememhe pri najholj poznanih boleznih, povezanih z retinalnimi distrofijami.
