Abstract		Treatment of high hyperopia is possible also with implantation of multiple IOL, after clear lens extraction. Tecnicque is cold piggyback IOL implantation and is completely new. Calculating of IOL power is possible with newest Holladay 2 formula. Case report will be presented.
