Abstract		Introduction. Non-Hodgkin's lymphomas account for 10 per cent of all orbital tumours. Establishing the histopathological characteristics of the tumour, and determining whether the tumour is monoclonal or polyclonal is of little prognostic value. Primary treatment of non-Hodgkin's orbital lymphoma with high degree of malignancy is by irradiation, while in patients with localized lymphomas with low malignant potential, irradiation and surgery have proved equally effective. Relatively good outcome and prognosis have been documented with both treatment modalities.
