Abstract		With introduction of tension free herniographies and with endoscopic tehnicque surgeons begin with endoscopic reconstruction of inguinal hernia. Approach is either transabdominal (TAPP) or preperitoneal (TEP, TEH or TEPA). Aim of all these technicques is lesser number of recurrent hernia, lesser postoperative pain and quick return to normal activity.
