Abstract		Nonspecific comlications of inguinal hernia repair are trombosis, heart and kidney failure and respiratory complications. Intraoperative complications are due to injury of the neighbouring organs, - vessels, gut, bladder, ureter and vas diferens. Postoperative complications are: ischemic orchitis and testicular atrophy, bleeding, numbness and paresthesia, goin pain, suture fistula and recurrence.
