Abstract		The article shows and example of intermitten pre-excitation of WPW typeshown in a rare form of "bigeminus" in a burdening test of an otherwise asynmptomatic worker which raises the question of his ability to work as an electrician.
Summary		V članku je predstavljen primer intermitentne preekscitacije tipa WPW, ki se je izkazala v redki obliki "bigeminusa" ob obremenitvenem testu pri sicer asimptomatskem delavcu, zaradi katere se postavlja vprašanje delažmožnosti delavca za delo elektrikarja.
