Abstract		Background. A complete atrioventricular block was found in a 28 year old patient in whom an infection with Borrelia burgdorferi was confirmed by serological testing. There were no other symptoms or cutaneous manifestations of the disease. Conclusions. A temporary pacemaker was used and the patient was treated with antibiotics. Atrioventricular conduction disturbances disappeared within seven days.
Summary		Izhodišča. Opisan je kompletni atrioventrikularni blok s sinkopo pri 28-letnem bolniku, kjer je bila okužba z Borrelio burgdorferi potrjena s serološkimi testi. Bolnik ni imel drugih simptomov in tudi ne kožnih sprememb. Zaključki. Vstavljen je bil začasni srčni spodbujevalnik. Bolnik je bil zdravljen z antibiotiki. Po sedmih dneh zdravljenja v EKG-ju ni bilo več prevodnih motenj.
