Abstract     A case of recurrent tubal pregnancy which occurred at an unusual site, is presented. At a previous emergency salpingectomy for ruptured left tubal pregnancy, a segment of the fimbrial end of Fallopian tube was left in place unintentionally. Fertilised egg implanted in the segment after escape from the contralateral fallopian tube and transabdominal migration. Clinical presentation, investigations and treatment are presented.
