Abstract		In this paper is presented a role of the Nurse Anaesthetis (NA) as a member of trauma team, which takes care over injured person on admission to the hospital. For an active positione in trauma team NA must be educated. In addition to basic knowledge NA needs supplementary skills for: - to recognise the situation - to perform the CPR (algoritms!) and other life support procedures - the diagnostic and therapeutic procedures - to intervene in certain situations - to know how to set up the monitors and vetilators and how to preparate the drugs and infusiones - to preparate the injured person for the anaesthesia and operation Furthermore the education procedures are presented.
