Abstract		A 3-year-old girl was admitted to our hospital with signs of previously unrecognized tuberculous meningitis. Serial computed tomography imaging disclosed developing hydrocephalus and tuberculoma formation in the basal ganglia, despite the aggressive antituberculous treatment, and the girl developed severe chorea. Further surgical and medical treatment and outcomes were presented and discussed.
