Abstract		I would like to present in this article how the water helps the child whit physical and mental retardation to the quality of life. We help the child with Halliwick method of swimming and Neuro development treatment from free movements on his individual way. The occupational therapist put positive in the individual treatment, in daily activities and in his life. The group of children with physical and mental retardation are presented and the effects on daily activities in short time.
