Abstract		The article deals with the physiotherapist's overtaxing and too little time for each patient, wich results in the lower work quality and dissatisfaction of the patient. With new organisation of working procedure, higher evaluation of pohysiotherapist and his work we can influence to his work quality, satisfaction and treating effects. The questionnaire which was given to 20 patients with cervicobrachialgia, shows the results of previous treatment in the general physiotherapeutic hospital. She spent more her individual time with those patients as is would be usual in normal circumstances, where the overfrequency is a rule. With the research she showed the way to the successful and effective treatment, where both the patient and the physiotherapist are satisfied.
