Abstract		Incontinence is a severe mental, physical and financial pressure for a person, those around him and especially his home environment. Different age groups of both sexes and all walks of life are effected. The experts report of 5 to 10% of incontinent people, from which two thirds are older than 60 years. 25% up to 40% of women after their 65 years of age have been incontinent.
